Budgeting sucks

I don't know how many times I have written down a budget and not followed it.  I finally figured out that I need to also add my goals. Duh !  Sometimes I wonder how I get through every day with this tiny brain of mine.  I love it when the financial guru's tell you to spend less than you earn.  Seriously ?! Like it's that easy.  Someone who is good with money just needs to take it away from me and give me an allowance.  I am telling you, it would work. I would really hate them, but it would work.
